LSU commit Zavier Carter lands on high school Butkus Award watch list

Atlanta (Ga.) Hapeville Charter four-star edge rusher Zavier Carter joined three other LSU commits on the Butkus Award watch list for the nation’s top high school linebacker, it was announced Monday. Linebackers Raesjon Davis, Greg Penn III and Naquan Brown landed on the watch list while current LSU linebackers Jabril Cox and Damone Clark landed on the college watch list for the award Devin White won two years ago before being a Top 10 NFL Draft pick.
