LSU commit Raesjon Davis lands on high school Butkus Award watch list

LSU already has one of the top outside linebackers in America for the 2021 class committed after Raesjon Davis made the call on New Year’s Day. On Monday, Davis landed on the Butkus Award watch list for the nation’s top high school linebacker. Davis was named to the watch list on the same day LSU saw linebackers Damone Clark and Jabril Cox land on the college watch list. Clark, a Baton Rouge native, and Cox, a North Dakota State graduate transfer, are both expected to start for the Tigers as the team looks to replace NFL Draft picks Jacob Phillips and Patrick Queen.
