Now for some drama on the football front: LSU junior wide receiver Kayshon Boutte is declaring for the NFL draft after all. Earlier this month, on Dec. 5, Boutte announced he would return for his senior season. In his announcement, he spoke of LSU being amazing to him, about believing in the team, coaches and staff, and about locking in and focusing on winning a national championship. Yesterday, things took a dramatic turn when LSU announced that Boutté would not be available for the bowl game but was enrolled for the spring semester.
