Going into the 2015 NFL Draft, the expectation was that Collins would be a top 20 pick. If you recall, that year the Bengals had the No. 21 pick and took Cedric Ogbuehi of Texas A&M. 

Why not Collins? Because the Bengals and the rest of the NFL were scared off after police wanted to question him about a murder investigation in his hometown of Baton Rouge.
