LSU continues to expand its horizons as far as recruiting.The Tigers gained a commitment Sunday from their 13th prospect not from Louisiana out of 16 so far for the Class of 2021. Greg Penn, the No. 6-ranked inside linebacker in the nation from Dematha High in Hyattsville, Maryland, is LSU’s latest addition.
