In Super Bowl LIV for the San Francisco 49ers, former LSU star Kwon Alexander did what he could. The star linebacker played hurt in a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Alexander originally tore his pectoral muscle early in the season but managed to return to action against the Vikings in the NFC Divisional round. Playing hurt is in his nature.However, Alexander suffered another injury in the Super Bowl and managed to play through even more pain.
