What a change a year can make. Last year, LSU was 6-7 and lost what seemed like half the team to the transfer portal. Insert Kelly, who signed a top-10 recruiting class, brought in his own coaching staff and changed the culture on the Bayou. Ten wins and an appearance in the SEC Championship is not what anyone outside of the program expected in the first season, but Kelly beat the odds.
