Today’s update begins with two LSU cornerbacks moving on. The most significant of the two in terms of impact to the team is longtime starter Jay Ward, who announced that he’s entering the NFL draft. Ward has been a valuable and versatile full-time starter for the past three seasons, playing cornerback, safety and, most recently, nickel back.
