LSU offered a preferred walk on to defensive tackle Preston Hickey. The 6-foot-1, 300-pound St. Paul’s product spent last season at Oklahoma State as a preferred walk on after rejecting an identical offer from Alabama as a true freshman in 2022.
Hickey, a former All-State performer, joins his former St. Paul’s teammate at LSU, tight end Jack Mashburn.
