Today’s post begins with some pretty significant news on the football front — LSU linebacker Demario Tolan has entered the transfer portal. This came as a surprise, although we probably should have seen it coming since Tolan didn’t play any in the Citrus Bowl blow out. Still, Tolan was expected to play a major role next season. Just a few weeks ago, Brian Kelly commented on Tolan pushing Greg Penn III for playing time and spoke very highly of him. “Don’t forget that name,” Kelly said. “He [Tolan] and Perkins will be quite the duo.”
