Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei linebacker Raesjon Davis welcomed in the New Year by announcing his commitment to LSU.

A year after his close friend and Mater Dei teammate Elias Ricks announced for the Tigers on Christmas Day, Davis used a holiday, and one just a couple of days after LSU’s win in the Peach Bowl put them into the National Championship Game, to commit.
