Joe Burrow transferred from Ohio State to LSU during the offseason, utilizing the graduate transfer rule which makes him eligible immediately, but there’s no guarantee he’ll be the starting quarterback for the Tigers this season.

If Burrow wanted a guaranteed starting job, he could have gone to a different school.

In fact, LSU coach Ed Orgeron says that Burrow even had that offer.
