Brian Kelly knows the job is far from complete, but he’s pleased with the direction of where LSU is headed.

In an interview on “The Paul Finebaum Show,” Kelly said that the team has rallied around the new coaching staff in such a short time, thus helping them improve to 6-2 overall entering November.

“I’m really proud of the way they just have given everything to do the little things the right way,” Kelly said. “And that’s not easy making changes. Even at my age that’s difficult to do and for 18-21 year olds, it’s even more difficult. So I’m really proud of the way they’ve made the changes.”
