After an interesting weekend of college football, LSU climbed in the weekly polls even without playing a game. The Tigers (6-2, 4-1) moved up three spots in each poll, to No. 15 in the AP Top 25 and to No. 17 in the Coaches’ Poll. LSU’s next opponent, the Crimson Tide (7-1, 4-1), stayed put at No. 6 in both polls.
