Denton (Texas) Guyer four-star safety Ryan Yaites originally committed to LSU on April 15. He then reaffirmed his pledge to the Tigers on Oct. 16.

Following his announcement, defensive coordinator Matt House went to see Yaites’ game on Thursday night against McKinney (Texas). Safeties coach Kerry Cooks made the trip to the Lone Star State with House.
