For a brief moment, it appeared that No. 23 Auburn was dead in the water at home against Georgia State. The Tigers trailed 24-19 and faced 4th and 9 from the Panthers’ 10-yard line with under one minute left to play when starting quarterback TJ Finley dropped back to pass and ended up at the 24-yard line under pressure from two defenders.
