Former LSU football quarterback Joe Burrow was mostly an afterthought heading into the 2019 season. Burrow wasn’t listed in early NFL mock drafts, he wasn’t receiving the same attention as Tua Tagovailoa and he certainly wasn’t the favorite to win the Heisman Trophy.
