Ex- NFL QB Zach Mettenberger Gives Up Pro Dreams to Become HS Coach

Ever since he left the LSU Tigers‘ campus, quarterback Zach Mettenberger has been chasing his dream of playing professional football. He’s certainly had some success, too. However, the 29-year-old has found a new calling for his life. Mettenberger has been a journeyman his entire football life. He started his college football career with his hometown Georgia Bulldogs and played at Butler Community College in Kansas before becoming the starting quarterback at LSU.
