Joe Burrow was pretty darn good if you were paying attention to the 2019 college football season. After a pedestrian 2018 season in his first year at LSU, Burrow exploded onto the scene last year throwing for 5,671 yards, 60 touchdowns and six interceptions while winning the Heisman trophy and a national championship.
