
Thanks to unprecedented success, LSU closed out the 2019 season with a crown of splendor vs. Clemson, running away from the Tigers in the second to put a bow on a 15-0 record-setting campaign. One of college football’s model programs under the direction of Nick Saban and Les Miles since 2000, LSU took it to another level last fall under the guidance of Larose, Louisiana native Ed Orgeron thanks to a rebuilt offense and Heisman-winning quarterback Joe Burrow. The Tigers snapped an eight-game skid to Alabama in November, the first sign the program was turning the corner to once again enter the national championship elite.
