Throughout the past two months, we’ve seen a flurry of commitments announced in the college football ranks. All across the board, some of the most highly-touted prospects have decided to shut things down and pick a school. The same, however, can’t be said for 5-star running back Camar Wheaton out of Lakeview Centennial High in Garland, Texas.
