Nobody can say they had a better 2019 college football season than the LSU Tigers. LSU took the college football world by storm and dominated their opponents on their way to a National Championship. But, the 2019 season is over and we have to look to the 2020 season.
LSU will have to replace 14 starters and 14 NFL Draft picks, along with a defensive coordinator who left for Baylor. Included in this is Heisman trophy winner, Joe Burrow, who was the No.1 overall NFL Draft Pick to the Bengals. The Tigers still have a lot coming back including JaMarr Chase who was the best WR in 2019, and Derek Stingley Jr., who is one of the best corners in the country. The 2020 schedule should give the young Tigers a chance to gain experience before getting to a daunting November schedule.
