Hailing from New Orleans, where poverty, parental abandonment and a father in prion for murder nearly derailed Tyrann’s future, Mathieu always had the deck stacked against him. Luckily, his grandmother sent him to live with his Uncle Tyrone and Aunt Sheila, the two becoming his adoptive parents and shaping Tyrann’s future greatness from a young, vulnerable age.
