Vegas wasn’t too bullish on Joe Burrow’s Heisman chances a year ago, installing the LSU quarterback as a 200-1 longshot to win college football’s most prestigious honor. The sharps won’t make that mistake again. Burrow opened as a 3-1 favorite for NFL Rookie of the Year honors, followed by his former LSU teammate Clyde Edwards-Helaire (11-2 odds), now of the Kansas City Chiefs.
