In recent weeks Ruffino’s has transformed its operations into offering To-Go only meals at both their Baton Rouge and Lafayette locations.

Like so many other restaurants, they have had to adapt in order to remain open. Ruffin Rodrigue, the owner of Ruffino’s and former LSU football player, knew they were in trouble as soon as he heard the words, “Social Distancing.”
