Michael Divinity could have left LSU following a successful junior season, however, he opted to return. After missing nine games due to suspensions, his draft stock took a hit and he went undrafted. After the 2020 NFL Draft concluded, the school announced Divinity inked with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent, joining former LSU linebackers Devin White and Kevin Minter.
