A tight grouping of projections in a wide cross section of mock drafts have zeroed in on the former LSU wide receiver being taken in the bottom third of Thursday’s first round. The general consensus has him going to the Philadelphia Eagles with the No. 21 overall pick, though some have him going at No. 22 or 25 to the Minnesota Vikings.
