Damien Lewis played two seasons for the LSU Tigers football team as an offensive guard. During his senior year, he was named a first-team All-American from The Athletic and second-team All-SEC by the SEC coaches and The Associated Press. Lewis played his college career alongside Lloyd Cushenberry III. He also blocked for Heisman Trophy winner Joe Burrow.
