Former LSU quarterback and 2019 Heisman Trophy winner Joe Burrow is the unquestioned No. 1 pick in April’s NFL Draft and will likely head to the Cincinnati Bengals. However, according to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, fans can expect the Miami Dolphins to attempt to trade up to that No. 1 spot in order to draft Burrow.
