Halftime of Sunday’s XFL game against the St. Louis Battlehawks kept the home-team Defenders tied 6-6 heading off the grass and into the locker room at Audi Field in Washington, D.C., but Anthony Johnson had one message for the fans watching from home.

On the sideline as his Defenders team jogged off the field and into the tunnel for the break, the 27-year-old former LSU defensive lineman (2011-13) and NFL journeyman (2014-18) was candid with FS1 sideline reporter Jenny Taft about how he thought the matchup was playing out.
