This past weekend, LSU hosted the High School Last Chance Qualifier at Carl Maddox Fieldhouse in Baton Rouge, and a pair of LSU signees and some targets from around the state in the 2021 class were among the top performers on the day.

LSU signee Jacobian Guillory placed first in the finals of the shot put with a throw of 53-09.50. Guillory, a state title winner in the event, has a personal best 55-05 throw, which came in outdoor competition a year ago.
