Joe Burrow is as close to a January lock for No. 1 overall in the NFL Draft as anyone.

Burrow does not have the unique Bengals tie that Kyler Murray did to Kliff Kingsbury.

But a stellar championship season and Heisman Trophy combined with quarterback need in Cincinnati has everyone thinking No. 1 overall.
