LSU LB Michael Divinity Jr. cleared to play in national championship

LSU head coach Ed Orgeron broke some news during his Tuesday teleconference by revealing that suspended linebacker Michael Divinity Jr. has been cleared to play in the national championship game against Clemson.

Divinity, a senior out of John Ehret High School in the New Orleans area, was suspended for the Tigers’ last six games for violating the athletic department’s drug testing policy for marijuana.
