Many freshman college football players don’t make an impact like LSU cornerback Derek Stingley Jr. has this season.

The Tigers have relied on Stingley to play a large role on their defense, and he’s made an impression on not only his own teammates but also opposing players.

That includes Oklahoma’s CeeDee Lamb, one of the most talented wide receivers in the country who will likely be a first-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
