When LSU coach Ed Orgeron met Oklahoma’s Lincoln Riley at the NFL Draft last spring, he didn’t want to engage in small talk.

Orgeron wanted to pick Riley’s brain — to the benefit of the Tigers.

“I immediately started asking him about his counter because I’ve been enamored with his play and his offense there,” Orgeron said.
