Athens County Ohio is proud to be the home of LSU quarterback Joe Burrow. The local school board has now made sure everyone will know where the 2019 Heisman Trophy winner played high school football.

Photographer Trisha Smathers shared the news on Thursday night that the Athens County School District board voted unanimously to rename the Athens High School Football Stadium to The Joe Burrow Stadium.
