LSU quarterback Joe Burrow’s 2019 season has been one for the record books, with the senior and leader of the Tigers’ new high-powered offense breaking the school’s single-season passing touchdown record (29) after just seven games, posting a four-touchdown performance in the win over Mississippi State to move into the top spot in program history.
From week one to now, it’s been one huge showing after the next, with a 23-for-27 showing for 278 yards and five touchdowns in the season opener against Georgia Southern being his lowest passing yards mark on the season.
