Behind phenomenal performances from Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase and an outstanding game on special teams, the fourth-ranked Tigers opened SEC play with a 66-38 win at Vanderbilt.

This was a great win that will keep the nation raving about LSU’s revamped offense and keep Joe Burrow’s name in the Heisman discussion, but it was also one that did nothing to quell growing concerns about LSU’s defense and the health of the team. We’ll touch on all that and more in today’s report.
