LSU was without a pair of starters for the season opener against Georgia Southern, with senior middle linebacker Michael Divinity and junior left tackle Saahdiq Charles both held out of game action.

LSU head coach Ed Orgeron wouldn’t comment on why the two players were held out, but on Tuesday, he cleared the air on what lies ahead for the trip to Texas on Saturday.

“Both will play this week,” Orgeron said.
