Sports Illustrated released its college football preview edition on Tuesday, complete with a set of preseason top 25 rankings.

One ESPN analyst – Peter Burns of the SEC Network – isn’t impressed by what he sees.

Burns took to Twitter to joke about the list. He thinks it’s funny that both Texas and Notre Dame are ranked above LSU.
