Expectations are high again in Baton Rouge this year for the LSU football team. The Tigers were picked second in the SEC west division in the media’s preseason poll.

The Tigers have nine offensive starters back from last year’s team that went 10-3 and beat Central Florida in the Fiesta Bowl. The offense will be led by quarterback Joe Burrow. He threw for 2894 yards and 16 touchdowns last season.

Those number could grow in 2019 as LSU moves to a spread offense and works with new passing game coordinator Joe Brady. He spent the last two seasons with the New Orleans Saints.
