After a decorated career at IMG Academy in Houston, Texas, Grant Delpit committed to Louisiana State University.

In 2018, Delpit made his mark as one of the best defensive players in all of college football. He accounted for 74 tackles, five sacks, nine passes defended and five interceptions.
