There’s a new No. 1 overall prospect in Louisiana for the 2020 recruiting class as 247Sports moved Baton Rouge (La.) University High defensive tackle Jaquelin Roy up the No. 1 prospect and inside the Top 50 overall prospects while having him as the nation’s No. 5 defensive tackle in the new Top247 rankings released Tuesday.
