LSU sophomore cornerback Kelvin Joseph officially announced he’s back in the NCAA transfer portal.

Joseph, whose father said “he’s not transferring” after he entered and exited the portal in May, posted a statement on Twitter on Wednesday afternoon, which said “Officially in the transfer portal.”
