Most publications are doing their annual Top 100 lists or preseason team lists as the final month before college football rolls along.

Sports Illustrated is set to count down its Top 100 college football players. LSU freshman Derek Stingley, Jr. won’t be making the cut, they admitted before the release of the list this week.
