It’s been named to 50 for 50: A Celebration of LSU Sports, as one of the greatest things about Tiger athletics by Pulitzer Prize winning author Jeff Marx.

And it’s quickly become one the best, most family-oriented events in the Baton Rouge area.

“The Celebrity/Sorta Celebrity Softball Game” is played in the spirit of M-TV’s “Rock N Jock” softball affair, which the network aired back in the late 80’s  and early 90’s. This contest gathers some of Louisiana’s most well-known athletes and personalities to participate in an entertaining, light hearted affair to benefit Louisiana military.
