Turning to football news, freshmen have begun arriving in Baton Rouge for the start of Summer workouts which begins on Monday.

Unofficial reports I’ve received suggest that three members of LSU’s 2019 signing class – ILB Donté Starks, DE/OLB Desmond Little, and DE/OLB Soni Fonua – aren’t expected in with the others.

From what I understand, Fonua’s delay is not worrisome as it’s long been his plan to complete one class this summer before joining the team in August. The assumption is that Little and Starks’ situations are academic as well.
