Williams will be a sophomore wide receiver in the fall. He had seven receptions as a freshmen but has emerged as a sizzling college prospect. He has offers from Oregon, Arizona State, Nebraska, LSU and Michigan.

Bailey is the brother of former All-County JSerra defensive lineman DJ Bailey, who played at Harvard. The younger Bailey also has been offered by LSU.
