Speaking of defensive linemen makes somewhat of a convenient segue to today’s countdown to the start of LSU football’s 2019 season, which is at the 94-day mark.

Today we look at a former LSU DT who wore No. 94 and who is now making a name for himself in the broadcast booth.

Of course, I’m referring to Anthony McFarland. “Booger,” as he is affectionately known, brings great honor to the purple and gold with his outspokenness and charm after an All-American career as a four-year starter during the Gerry DiNardo era.
