Ed Orgeron’s weekend kicks off with a commitment.

St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, Florida) OL Marlon Martinez announced Saturday morning that he has pledged to the Tigers. The 6-5, 287-pounder took an official visit to LSU campus on April 26.

The 247Sports Composite lists Martinez as a 3-star recruit, the No. 44 offensive guard, No. 105 Florida product and No. 791 prospect overall nationally in the 2020 class.
